I can honestly say Loan officer Iris Laaperi made my home refinancing experience a very pleasant one. From our first conversation she explained each and every option that was available to me and I never felt pressured into any decision. My phone calls were handled in a professional and timely manner. From Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) head southeast then keep left, follow signs for Arrivals and merge onto Airport Rd - Arrival Level. Slight left and then merge onto Airport Rd - Arrival Level. Use the right lane to turn slightly right to stay on Airport Rd - Arrival Level next use the right lane to turn slightly right. Use the right lane to keep right at the fork and follow signs for MA-1A S/I-93 N/Sumner Tunnel/Gov't Center next continue onto MA-1A S. Take the MA-3 N exit toward Storrow Drive then keep right, follow signs for MA-28 S/MA-3 N/Storrow Dr. Continue onto MA-3 N and next continue onto MA-28 S (signs for Storrow Drive W). Use the left lane to take the Beacon Street exit toward Copley Sq/Back Bay then turn left onto Beacon St. Keep right to continue on Arlington St and turn left onto Boylston St. Turn right onto Hadassah Way.
